I'm Bettina Maria – a web developer with a focus on backend technologies and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
After completing my Bachelor's degree in Media Technology (Interactive Media) and my Master's in Interactive Technologies (FH St. Pölten, Mobile specialization), I gradually shifted my focus toward backend development.
During my studies, I joined Pixelpoems – initially working on frontend projects, now primarily in the backend. In parallel, I work freelance on web projects, mostly using PHP, MySQL, and the SilverStripe CMS.
I also have experience building Node.js-based applications, particularly with Next.js and NestJS. My master's project, Planda, is a web-based scheduling tool for theatre rehearsals, developed using this stack.
I value thoughtful solutions, clear communication, and code that not only works – but stays meaningful in the long run.
